Capabilities

Six capabilities. Open the one you need.

The homepage names the work. This page explains each area: who it is for, what we deliver, and how an engagement starts. SharePoint and Power Platform, custom applications, workflow automation, dashboards, legacy replacement, and practical AI each have their own section below.

01 · Custom applications

Custom application development

Use a custom application when the process needs its own screens, roles, and rules. Typical work includes secure web portals, internal tools, request and tracking systems, and role-based platforms shaped around the way the team already works.

We start from the workflow, the people who use it, and the data they need to see. The first release is a working slice of that process, with access control and a record of what changed, so staff can adopt it before the scope grows.

SharePoint and Power Platform are often the right first home for a list, a form, and an approval. A custom application is the next step when volume, public users, integrations, or business rules outgrow a list.

Discuss a custom application

What this includes

  • Web applications and internal portals
  • Request, case, and tracking systems
  • Role-based access and an audit-friendly history
  • Connections to the systems that already hold the data

How an engagement starts

One process, the users, and the outcome you need. We show a clickable slice before a long build, then release in phases the team can review.

02 · Workflow automation

Workflow automation

Workflow automation replaces email chains, shared inboxes, and manual follow-up with a form, a route, a status, and a named owner. People can see what was submitted, who has it, and what happens next.

When the work already lives in Microsoft 365, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Power Apps carry the approvals, notifications, and handoffs. When the rules or the systems sit outside that tenant, the same process is built into a custom application.

The useful result is a shorter path and a visible queue, with notifications that match the real handoff. We map the exceptions before automating the happy path, so the first version matches how the work actually moves.

Discuss a workflow

What this includes

  • Digital forms and structured intake
  • Approval routing and task assignment
  • Notifications, reminders, and status tracking
  • Power Automate or a custom workflow, matched to the system of record

How an engagement starts

Walk through one request from arrival to completion. We name the steps, the waits, and the emails that should become system events.

03 · Dashboards & reporting

Dashboards and reporting

Operational dashboards turn the tracking system into a view people can use. Staff see their queue. Managers see workload, aging, and exceptions. Leaders see whether the process is keeping up.

The work is usually SQL reporting, Power BI, and a cleanup of the data underneath. A chart is reliable after the team agrees what a status, an owner, and a date mean. We do that definition work with the report, so the dashboard matches the process.

Power BI fits when the data already lives in Microsoft 365 or a database the tenant can reach. A custom report fits when the application itself should show the numbers in the same place people do the work.

Discuss a dashboard

What this includes

  • Operational dashboards for staff and supervisors
  • Power BI and SQL reporting
  • Data cleanup and shared definitions
  • Leadership views of volume, aging, and exceptions

How an engagement starts

Bring the spreadsheet or report you use today and the decision it is supposed to support. We rebuild that view from the source data.

04 · Power Platform & SharePoint

SharePoint and Power Platform

This is the practice for teams that want the work done inside the Microsoft 365 tenant they already have. SharePoint holds the sites, document libraries, permissions, and lists. Power Apps replaces a clumsy list form. Power Automate moves approvals and notifications. Power BI reads those lists when leaders need a view.

A SharePoint engagement usually starts with a real process: an intranet page people cannot find, a document library with broken permissions, a shared mailbox used as a tracker, or an InfoPath form that has to be retired. We design the site, the library, and the list around that process, including who can see, edit, and approve.

Power Apps and Power Automate come in when the list form, the alert, or the approval is not enough. The solution stays in the tenant, with an owner, a short description of the flow, and a way for the team to support it after launch.

Teams searching for SharePoint help usually need this combination: information architecture, permissions, lists as tracking systems, forms, and automation. That is the work we do here. Custom applications and legacy replacement are separate sections when the process should leave the list behind.

Discuss SharePoint or Power Platform

What this includes

  • SharePoint sites, pages, and document libraries
  • Permissions, sharing, and library structure people can keep
  • Microsoft Lists for intake, tracking, and status
  • Power Apps forms on SharePoint
  • Power Automate approvals, alerts, and handoffs
  • Power BI on the lists the process already fills in

How an engagement starts

A tenant tour of one site or one form. We identify what staff cannot find, what is over-shared, and which step should become a list, a flow, or an app.

05 · Legacy modernization

Legacy modernization

Legacy modernization replaces a tool the team has outgrown: InfoPath forms, Access databases, Excel trackers with many owners, and inboxes that became the system of record. The goal is a maintainable home for the same work, with the history the team still needs.

The replacement is chosen from the other capabilities on this page. A form and a list often move to SharePoint and Power Platform. A database with complex rules, integrations, or many concurrent users moves to a custom application. Reporting comes with the new system so people do not keep a side spreadsheet.

We map what the old tool actually does, move the data that must survive, run the new path beside the old one, and agree on a cutoff. The project is finished when staff stop going back to the spreadsheet.

Discuss a legacy replacement

What this includes

  • InfoPath and outdated form replacement
  • Access and Excel tracker replacement
  • A SharePoint, Power Platform, or custom destination
  • Data migration, a parallel run, and a cutoff

How an engagement starts

The current file, form, or database, plus the people who still know its rules. We separate what must be kept from what the new process can drop.

06 · Practical AI

AI-enabled business support

Practical AI on an A&A engagement is assistance inside a process the team already has: summarizing a request, suggesting a queue, finding an approved procedure, or drafting a reply for someone to edit. It is attached to one job with a visible result.

How we implement it

  1. Pick one job with a clear input and a clear output, such as “summarize this request and name the queue.”
  2. Ground the assistant in material the organization already approves: a SharePoint library, a procedure, a service catalog, or the fields on the form. Answers come from that source.
  3. Show the suggestion to a person. The request is saved, routed, or sent only after someone confirms it.
  4. Test it with real examples from the team. Widen the source, or add a second job, after those suggestions are reliable.

That confirmation step is already live in AACore Booking, A&A Inomatic’s product. A customer describes what they need, AACore AI proposes a match, and the customer reviews the details before anything is booked. The samples below show that shape for an internal operations team, and the AACore example you can try on AACore.net.

Operations exampleIllustrative

A resident emailed about a leaking roof at the community center. Summarize it and tell me where it should go.

Summary. Active leak above the community center lobby, reported today, no injuries mentioned.
Suggested queue. Facilities, urgent repair.
Missing before submit. Building contact, and whether the area is closed.
A staff member confirms the queue before this is submitted.

Illustrative example for this site. It shows the pattern. It is not a live model connected to your documents.
